At Pop Signs, every neon sign is custom-made according to the customer’s specifications. Because our products are personalized, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality standards.

1. Custom-Made Products

Since most of our neon signs are custom-designed, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The delivered product does not match the approved design

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost

3. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed due to the customized nature of the product.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made neon signs approved by the customer

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Minor color variations caused by screen display differences
